We were very impressed how Tracy made us more relaxed and discuss matters with her. Sister made life seem easier for us then we thought possible, we don't feel as alares as we had before.

I had excellent care. As far as I am concerned there is nothing that could be improved on in the service I had been given. If I had a concern at all it was answered in a dignified way and I was given a telephone number that I could ring 24/7 if I had a problem. I did ring a few times and at odd times (early in the morning) and I didn't need to worry. The help I needed was taken care of straight away. We couldn't thank St Helena's Hospice - Single Point - enough Thank you

I feel really understood in the sessions with Lorraine. I've had counselling in the past which I hadn't found overly beneficial but since sessions at St Helen Hospice I feel so much better when leaving. I'm given a different way of looking at things and better strategies to use which has proved really helpful in m,y circumstances.

I have been receiving bereavement counselling which is why I have answered 4 and 5 with N/a.The counselling with Lorraine is certainly helping me to start coming to terms with the loss of my husband. I really didn't know what to expect, and was at a loss to know what to do, but Lorraine has helped me to think about and express my feelings and begin to think about how I might be able to start again as the 'new me'. I don't think there are any improvements to suggest.

Everything was good, really enjoyed the treatment, only thing that could be improved would be able to have more treatments. Very good friendly lady.
